Planing
With our Stetson Ross 6-12 Planer, we are able to surface, rougher head, splitter head, rip 1x4 through 1x12, rip 2x4 through 2x12 and rip 4x4 through 4x12.

Trimming
After leaving the planer, the lumber travels through an Irvington Moore trim system with a cut-in-two feature that allows us to trim out good fiber virtually anywhere within the board.

Resawing
We have the capability to resaw 2x4 through 2x12 into 1" boards as well as putting a resawn textured face on 2" dimension lumber.

Priming
With our latex priming line, we apply Olympic primer to your specifications. Since the product travels through an oven and dries in a scant 18 seconds, we can achieve an instant turnaround.

Although custom milling is not the primary focus of our business, we are always looking for ways to better serve our customers. We will consider other custom milling requests like pulling to length, running certain patterns, or simply reloading product into vans or onto railcars.
